On 18 January, the third new generation 66000 DWT Ultramax bulk carrier “UBON NAREE” built by YAMIC for Singaporean shipowner departed from the shipyard wharf and started her maiden voyage.

The construction period of the "UBON NAREE" was approximately 10 months. The vessel conducted her massive steel cutting in late March 2025 and successfully completed its sea trial in early December, with all performance indicators better than the design standards.

On January 15, 2026, “UBON NAREE” was successfully delivered by electronic signature. Wish her a safe voyage, a full load and smooth sailing!
