Pointing and Calling
Earnestly learning the Japanese safety management philosophy, the company has formulated requirement sheets for pointing and calling confirmation for 18 important job types/conditions including crane hoisting, confined space operations, forklift operations, crane signaling, and welding, combining the operation characteristics and positions in shipbuilding. All employees are organized to study the sheets, and onsite pointing and calling confirmation is fully implemented in the yard;
Forklifts entering/exiting the plant and passing crossroads are required to slow down and confirm surroundings;
Hoisting operations require the signalers to confirm the operation area is obstacle-free and safe through pointing and calling before lifting the load 30cm from the ground for confirmation, and so on.
车间以班组为单位，落实每日班前开工会，作业前由班组长带领班组成员对自己的劳防用品穿戴、身体状况，以及作业任务和作业风险进行逐项检查确认和交底，检查完毕后，由班组长带领全体成员指向中心，大声喊出：“向零事故前进”，鼓舞和振奋班组成员的势气；
KYT风险预知训练
以车间班组为单位，开展KYT风险预知训练活动，活动由班组长带领小组成员结合人、物、环、管四个要素，对作业区域开展风险辨识训练，班组成员对作业内容风险点分别指出自己的辨识内容，班组长进行汇总点评，提出防范措施，形成安全行动目标。通过全员参与风险辨识，促使员工从思想和认识上自主地考虑安全。
