Dual Prevention

A dual prevention working mechanism of safety production risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and governance is fully established. Risk identification teams are formed to comprehensively identify and control the safety risks in the shipbuilding process from bottom to top, effectively prevent and contain accidents, and enhance the overall prevention and control capabilities for production safety.

In line with the annual implementation plan for hidden danger investigation and governance, regular inspections are organized for each workshop to strictly carry out weekly, monthly and quarterly hidden danger investigation and rectification, and to timely close loops for rectification of hidden dangers.

To effectively implement onsite safety management and ensure smooth shipbuilding, the onsite safety officers in each area conduct daily inspection in key areas such as production workshops, shipways, wharfs, important buildings, and main roads of the plant, and urge rectification and track progress for any identified hidden dangers.
