To show solicitude for retired staff, enhance their sense of honor and belonging, a retirees farewell party was held on August 29, 2023. The retirees in August were wished a happy life after retirement and were thanked for their dedication and contribution. The retirees were invited to keep caring for and supporting YAMIC's development, maintain a positive attitude and enjoy their golden years.

At the event, the labor union chairman presented flowers to the retirees while the HR director gave souvenirs. The retirees chatted freely about working experiences and visions for YAMIC. All reiterated their readiness to continue contributing to YAMIC despite retirement. It was truly a touching and joyful party.
