To better learn Japanese expertise in shipbuilding management and enable young talent exchange at Tsuneishi Headquarters, YAMIC launched an internal Japanese language program. Divided into small classes of 25 people, the course adopts Minna no Nihongo Elementary I as textbook to improve reading and verbal skills. Classes are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1.5 hour each. The first lesson was given on July 11, 2023.
