Company Organizational System

The company includes the Design Department, BusinessDepartment II, HSE Dept., Production Department, Quality Assurance and Control Department. Nine Japanese managers from Mitsui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Mitsui& Co., Ltd. play important roles in production, HSE system, finance, marketing, design and quality assurance, leading the shipyard's efforts in absorbing Japanese expertise in aspects of lean shipbuilding, comprehensive quality management and safety management.
